Raise your hand if you’re a mom wondering how everyone else seems to be keeping up with everything while you’re barely holding all the pieces together.
Raise your hand if you were dealt a less-than-ideal hand during the first 18 years of your life, and now you’re realizing you’re still living with the consequences of things that weren’t even your choice to begin with. And maybe your partner and kids are feeling some of those ripple effects, too.
Raise your hand if you keep noticing the same patterns showing up in your relationships, your emotions, or the way you respond to life—and you’re exhausted from wondering, “Why do I keep doing this?”
Raise your hand if food, exercise, body image, or trying to finally “get it right” takes up way more mental space than you want it to.
Raise your hand if life is just…a lot, and you need somewhere to unpack the day-to-day stress, sort through the mental clutter, and figure out what actually matters.
I got you.
Come hang out in my judgment-free zone.
Therapy with me isn’t about sitting on a couch while someone silently nods at you. We’ll problem-solve real-life situations, unpack the patterns that keep following you around, practice healthier communication, build a better relationship with yourself, and work on regulating your nervous system when life feels like too much.
And yes—we might even work on perfecting the art of not giving so many f%#$ about the things that don’t deserve your energy.*
The goal isn’t to become some perfectly healed, endlessly calm version of yourself.
It’s to understand yourself better, feel more grounded in who you are, and create a life that you actually deem worthy.

But who I am really?
When I’m not in the therapy office, I am mostly always home with my family. I have a husband, a 13-year-old step-daughter, a 6-year-old daughter, 5-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old son.
Life is overwhelming with the business and kids alone, but I also spend as much time as possible with my friends that are family and family that are friends.
Historically…
I graduated from Anthony Wayne High School in Whitehouse, Ohio (“just a small town girl…”) then from The Ohio State University with a bachelors in Anthropology (“Go to college, university, get a real job / That's what they said to me / But I could never live the way they want.”). After graduating, I spent 27 months living in Ukraine as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching English. Returning to the US was a shock, so I lived in the middle of nowhere Alabama (no, I don’t have a song lyric for that) before starting my Masters degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
