Liv Smith, CPT, CNC

Liv Smith is a NETA-certified personal trainer and NASM-certified nutrition coach serving individual and small group clients. She holds specialty certifications in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Fusion workouts, and Mat Pilates.

As a mom herself, Liv knows firsthand how quickly personal health goals can get lost in the chaos of everyday life. She helps her clients carve out dedicated time for themselves, making their health and fitness a real, sustainable priority rather than just another item on a never-ending to-do list. Her approach is rooted in meeting clients exactly where they are, whether that means working around a busy schedule, a past injury, a lack of experience in the gym, or simply not knowing where to start.

Every plan Liv creates is built specifically around each client's goals, abilities, and lifestyle. No cookie-cutter programs, no all-or-nothing thinking. She believes fitness should feel like something you want to show up for, not something you dread. Her goal is to help every client build a relationship with health and movement that genuinely fits their life and brings them joy.

Liv works with clients across a wide range of goals, including fat loss, muscle building, and post-surgical or postpartum recovery. She combines personalized fitness programming with practical, flexible nutrition coaching to help clients build confidence and consistency from the inside out.

Alison Verdes, MA, CCC-SLP

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Communication is at the heart of how our children connect with the world, process their emotions, and advocate for themselves. When a child struggles to clearly express their thoughts, understand others, or connect with peers, it can feel overwhelming for both the child and the entire family.

I work with children and adolescents to build confident, joyful, and functional communication skills. My practice is play-based and deeply collaborative. I use a child’s interests and strengths to foster growth in a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment. Because a child’s primary support system is their family, I place a heavy emphasis on parent coaching and collaboration—equipping you with the tools and strategies to confidently support your child's communication blooming in daily life. I also provide dedicated guidance and advocacy for parents navigating the often complex and overwhelming special education and IEP process, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Whether your child is navigating speech sound delays, language development, social-emotional communication, or AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), we will work together to ensure your child feels heard, understood, and supported. I am currently accepting new clients at my office in Westerville or within the community!
